The laundry room is still a hot mess! Half the dryers are still out of order. They can’t even be bothered to clean it. Please don’t rent from these people ever. I currently have no air conditioning even though it is 100 degrees outside. They have no clue when it will be fixed. You can’t call anyone. They are all third party companies that answer the phone. They will leave you in deplorable conditions. There is no security on the premises. My car has gotten stolen from the property. My sink ...

If I could leave a 0 star review I would! This place is poorly ran and has the worst management. You can submit a maintenance request for a leaking faucet and it will not get fixed for 5 days. We had a leak from heavy rain in our ceiling. they just painted over it. We have mold on the walls, never even came to look at it. Any remodeling that has been done, they leave nails and screws all over the sidewalks and parking lot. When you email management asking to have someone call you, you never get a ...

call. Laundry facility always has broken washers and dryers. There is no one on site and there are multiple phone numbers to contact and some are even disconnected.

Roaches and Overpriced Rent

I lived at Hillcrest for 3 years and dealt with constant heat, ac, and plumbing issues. It got so bad that I had to be moved into a new unit and in the new unit there was a bunch of roaches. The rent is too high, especially for roach infested apartments. Management is not good either and will cut corners to cut costs when things need to be repaired. Look for something better and worth the rent because hillcrest is very overpriced and not worth living at.

I have been here since January 2018 with nothing more than positive comments. Apartments are in excellent conditions. Affordable rent. Fast solving maintenance issues. Quiet and clean environment. Green areas are kept in a weekly basis. Site management is very zealous with rules and eager to solve any complaints that might arise. Management provides constant helpful written comunication that serves well all tenants. I will recomend this place to anyone looking for a good place to live.
