    trinity towers is a great place to liveth maintenance team is on point any issue they come within the time we put our request and we had a issue one time with a loony neighbor outside our door and they came asap and handled that and Nina is so nice and a very good person to deal with when it comes to leasing a unit only issue I think is they should have a/c in the units because we live on the 12th floor and it gets hot up there during the day due to heat rises

    Overall pleasant, but certain aspects would make it great. Friendly staff in person, but difficult to communicate through email (written records are important extremely for residents). Fires are a huge concern, both internal and external. A bike rack was claimed to be installed, but never occurred and staff could provide no information regarding it. Call box does not allow access to lobby elevators and third party security will not allow access to guests/deliveries.

    This building is located right in the middle of San Francisco. And while the neighborhood is certainly urban there's the management does a great job keeping the area around it very clean. They power wash daily as well as constantly sweeping. There is a heated pool on an elevated roof terrace that is so nice throughout the year. The rentals rates are lower than many areas in the city making it a best kept secret.

    I moved in when there was over 50 vacancies because of Covid the carpets are old and there hard wood bolted to partical board. The carpet has that smell of a wet dog mildew. I told the management that I would pay to have new carpets put in and was told no …………why it’s not like I’m going to rip them up when I find another apartment and take them with me. So I’m stuck with a carpet I hate and embarrassed about when my friends and family visit me.

    The staff are professional, prompt and very responsive. There's swimming pool and jacuzzi. It's unfortunate that they don't have the unit according to our specification available. They're probably always booked. The location is ideal, not too busy yet very urban. Great location for a hip generation.

    888 is pretty good to live here We have jacuzzi, swimming pool and gym. We can use these between 7am to 10pm. And we have own balcony at home. However, the most uncomfortable thing is they do not hold my package when I miss my packge.
