    Missing packages and a general lack of safety within the building.Assistant manager Jocelyn F. and Morning security person Elvira were unprofessional and dismissive when concerns were raised. Instead of helping, they told us to call 911 for help, saying that property management couldn't do anything. If you're not happy, you can vacate. This is ridiculous.

    I don't have anything bad to say about you guys but some of the quest that don't say here are rude and seem to demand that you press the number on the elevator for them and when you tell them no they want to talk crazy to you and I tell them if you don't have a key you don't live here. Otherwise everything is good. Thank You.

    Love trinity and the stafff just wish the neighborhood would clean up better Nina and lele are the best and the nicest bunch I’ve ever came across and Nina takes the time to ask about my kids health every time she see us such a nice gesture and very much appreciated
