I have lived here for the past few years and loved this 1960s dreamy community. Aged citrus trees, quiet, spacious units. A new owner purchased the property and began updating the interiors and elevating the exterior, typical for this are, I was excited for the changes until Valley Income Properties took over. ZERO OUT OF TEN WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I wish that when I called our property manager they picked up and hung up, at least you would know someone is there. The communication is astounding as ...
in there is none. Our remodeled unit has had more work orders than my original unit straight out of 1970. It still has remaining issues needing to be addressed that have been communicated. I wish I could have left a better review and that I had more patience but five months of working with Valley Income Properties has been unpleasant.
