Literally could not be disappointed

This place is absolute garbage. staff turnover is ridiculously high. What staff i met had inconsistent information. they entered our apartment with out our permission. They harassed me over my service animal and tried to fine us. They provide no security surveillance. And there was a shooting directly outside the apartment last week, they didn't notify the residents at all. I had to find out from other residents. This place is not what they pretend it is.

Worse place ever!

I have lived here for over a year and ever since the company gained new management it has been horrible. the manager doesn't listen to any concerns nor complaints. the noise level and traffic in the complex at night is the worst and you can hear everything in other homes around you.

Great apartments that's you will love

Hello! I've been living at turtle creek apartments for about a year now. I absolutely LOVE living here. It's a great peaceful neighborhood by the marsh and everyone is so nice and friendly. I have a bar area in my apartment and we have a great working dishwasher and refrigerator. The two bed room apartments come with washer and dryer hook-ups. Despite living here my only problem is not having enough space. The walk in closet is fairly big, but I wish there was more closet space in the living room ...
area. Other than that I would totally recommend any college student or single individual or couple to move here. Rent is very reasonable and leasing management is very nice and works with you... So if you looking to more, turtle creek is the place to move at.
