Beautiful Complex in the Perfect Location!

This is one of the most lush and green condo communities in town. Gorgeous landscaping, fountains, and plenty of parking. The units are very nicely designed and laid-out. Large kitchens, full laundry in every unit, nice size bedrooms and bathrooms, as well. The current property management company does an excellent job of maintaining the property and keeping HOA fees low (Tuscany's has some of the lowest HOA fees in the area at $235/month). These dues have been steady for several years now. ...
There is a lot of pride of ownership in this community; owners keep their places clean, attractive, and well-maintained. The pool, fitness center, and clubhouse are also very well-maintained - nice features in this complex. Tuscany Villas is a private, gated community located in one of the top hubs in the Scottsdale/Phoenix corridor. The complex is walking distance to Whole Foods,Trader Joes, multiple restaurants, dry cleaners, UPS, Albertson's, Walgreens, banks, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Staples, PetsMart, medical/dental offices, hair/nail salons, etc. It's a short drive to Paradise Valley Mall and the 51 freeway. Pretty much anything one would need is either right around the corner or across the street. The community is quiet and the people who live here are very nice. I've owned my condo here for over 11 years and my neighbors have become wonderful friends.

HOA is against renters. Makes own rules againsts CRC. Does not enforce 'leash law' theft, drug activity is growing.
