Very Quiet Location
January 24, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI moved here 11/2024. My apartment is one of the newly renovated units. It is a very spacious, 2bd2ba. I applied and was approved with a little of no time. The office agent Michael made sure I was aware of all important issues and documents. He reached out and kept me afloat of dates of finishing fixtures of my apartment. I honestly can say Michael is so caring and is willing to help with any problems or questions. Robin as well is helpful to assist with any inquiries. May I add, the maintenance ...team will surely get it done once you submit your request in the tenant portal. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
June 19, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comThis apartment complex deserves zero stars. For one after over a year I have yet to receive my refund check. Additionally, when trying to apply for a new apartment they said I have an outstanding balance of over $1,000. I know for a fact that I do not owe this as all of the rent was paid and they are trying to charge me for time that I was not living at the apartment. The cooperate company and the staff at the office will not remove this charge even though they both have said I only have a $100 ...charge from them. Additionally, this should not of been a problem as they did not return my security deposit which would have taken care of that charge. I intend to file a lawsuit if this is not resolved. Also, my phone calls are being dodged, I am being told false information as cooperate and the property are not even on the same page, and I am given false promises as they assured me they would get back to be the next day and they never did. June 1, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comI showed up 25 minutes early for a confirmed appointment to tour the property. When I pulled up to park I saw a woman rushing out of the office and a man locking the door of the office. She told me that the office was closed. I informed her that I had an appointment to tour and validated with a confirmation email. She told me to come back another day because she had been in the office since 8am. I asked about the hours of the office and she confirmed the office was supposed to be open until ...7pm on Wed and Thurs. It was 6:05. Lazy and unprofessional. Had I not arrived until my appointment time I would have been met with no answers and a closed office.Read More
