Very Quiet Location
January 24, 2025I moved here 11/2024. My apartment is one of the newly renovated units. It is a very spacious, 2bd2ba. I applied and was approved with a little of no time. The office agent Michael made sure I was aware of all important issues and documents. He reached out and kept me afloat of dates of finishing fixtures of my apartment. I honestly can say Michael is so caring and is willing to help with any problems or questions. Robin as well is helpful to assist with any inquiries. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
June 19, 2024This apartment complex deserves zero stars. For one after over a year I have yet to receive my refund check. Additionally, when trying to apply for a new apartment they said I have an outstanding balance of over $1,000. I know for a fact that I do not owe this as all of the rent was paid and they are trying to charge me for time that I was not living at the apartment. The cooperate company and the staff at the office will not remove this charge even though they both have said I only have a $100 ...charge from them. Additionally, this should not of been a problem as they did not return my security deposit which would have taken care of that charge. I intend to file a lawsuit if this is not resolved. Also, my phone calls are being dodged, I am being told false information as cooperate and the property are not even on the same page, and I am given false promises as they assured me they would get back to be the next day and they never did. This apartment and the entire cooperation should be avoided at all costs.Property Manager Responded

Unprofessional Staff
June 1, 2023I showed up 25 minutes early for a confirmed appointment to tour the property. When I pulled up to park I saw a woman rushing out of the office and a man locking the door of the office. She told me that the office was closed. I informed her that I had an appointment to tour and validated with a confirmation email. She told me to come back another day because she had been in the office since 8am. I asked about the hours of the office and she confirmed the office was supposed to be open until ...7pm on Wed and Thurs. It was 6:05. Lazy and unprofessional.
