December 4, 2021I've lived here since 2017, and I love my apartment. Once you get past the parking lot the complex is nice. It's pretty quiet, and well taken care of. Considering the price of two bedrooms in Phoenix this one isn't a bad value. Overflowing dumpsters are an intermittent problem. I'm told some apartments have pest issues, but I haven't had any in the four years I've lived here. We've gone through quite a few property managers since 2020.
