Amazing find in the heart of Grand Arts District!
February 5, 2022Beautiful apartment with 2 elevators and a beautiful front entry. Its next door to the Grandel Theater which hosts live bands every week and across the street is Strauss park where outdoor events occur from Spring-Fall. I lived in a 1 bedroom 1 bath, never had any issues except for a leaky shower handle which was fixed promptly by their maintenance man.Property Manager Responded
