June 9, 2016Before we even took a trip to take a tour I called there office to insure we qualify financially, I let the lady over the phone know how much we make monthly (i.e GI Bill) and was told we were qualified based on the info I told her over the phone. We filled out the application after our tour. We were told we needed everyone residing including my children's SSCard. It took us a couple of days to obtain all documents to sumit our application. To our Shock and DISAPPOINTMENT we were told in an ...highly distasteful way we no longer are qualified, keep in mind we let them know our circumstance since the beginning and knew how much monthly we make so for them to say they misunderstood is HIGHLY inconvenient and extremely unprofessional. I notified the district office and have emailed numerous agents about this awful miscommunication on there side. March 4, 2016I love my new home. The 2 bedroom town home is so spacious and a wonderful fit for my family. Move in was a breeze and I love the office staff especially the manager Rosa.
