I've been living at my apartment for 4 years now and love the little community here.The staffs are really nice and we always have community meeting and monthly newsletters semt out to everyone. When I first moved into my apartment the staff put together a welcome gift bag and made you feel like family and part of the community . Every other month all the tenants can enter to win prizes and play games to win prizes. For example we can enter to win gift baskets for mothers day or a grocery gift ...

One good thing is that it's right down the block from a Costco and and Winco Supermarket. So I can get gas and groceries at a reasonable price. One bad thing is their inconsistencies with routine check-ups of the smoke detectors and lawn maintenance. Plus you better make sure you do a through walk thru before you move in and take pictures of every nook and cranny of anything that looks broken, dented or dirty. That's what we did, but it looks like we still missed something. We had a to get a ...
dent in the hall closet fixed and had to pay for it from our own pockets because they tried to claim that we made it. The only thing we kept in the space was blankets and blankets aren't hard enough to dent.

Been here near 2 years now. Apartments are spacious and there are definitely enough outlets for whatever you need. The BBQ's through out the complex are a nice touch and the gym has all your basic needs. The multiple laundry rooms make doing laundry more simple because if one is full there is always another to go to. Neighbors do a pretty good job at keeping to themselves so it doesn't ever feel like you're in a crowded complex even though it is quite large. Unfortunately at night,especially ...
during summer, there will be a bit of roaches outside because of the abandoned golf course right behind the apartments but management does there best to try and eradicate them before it becomes a household issue. Management is easy to talk to and as helpful as they can be if anything comes up. All in all its a pretty calm/ nice place to live for a small family.

I have been living at Valley View for almost 2 years now, it is located across from a shopping center with a grocery store, Costco, small shops and fast food restaurants. Valley View is also located across from the local Military base, sure it is a little noisy but it is really cool to see all the variety of airplanes and helicopters that one might not see living in a different area of town.
