This has been one of the more enjoyable experiences I’ve had at an apartment complex. The screened in porch is a great feature, and management is always quick to respond to any issues that may come up.

My daughter and I have really loved living here. The apartment is very spacious, the three season screened in porch is almost unheard of anywhere else, and the management has been wonderful and attentive. While the rent may be a bit higher than at some other places, you definitely get what you pay for especially since underground heated parking is included, and there is also a pool. The neighborhood feels very safe, and the shops in Golden Valley are only a quick 15 minute walk from the complex. ...
I would highly recommend living here.

Great staff, well maintained property, tree lined streets, Different type of apartment property layout. The five different buildings with 8 apartments each. All are connected underground with laundry rooms, parking, and storage compartments.for each apartment.
