I love the area and I appreciate the speediness of the maintenance team and leasing office whenever I have a question or concern.
There are still items left to be desired at the community fitness center. The strength training machines have very loose cables that don’t allow for full depth/range of motion.
I’d also appreciate more community events to take place that would bring the residents together more often.

I’ve had a great experience living at Viano at Riverwalk! The community is always clean, well maintained, and feels very welcoming. The apartments themselves are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, which really makes it feel like home.
One thing I really appreciate is how responsive and friendly the staff and maintenance team are they truly care about residents and handle requests quickly. The location is also a huge plus, with shopping centers, restaurants, and walking trails nearby, ...
making everything super convenient.
Overall, it’s a peaceful and comfortable place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice community in Riverside!

The complex is very well kept. The maintenance team is exceptional. The eft payment system is so convenient. We are well located and have stores and shoping close by. Overall it has been a very nice 4.5 months here. I would highly recommend the community to anyone looking in the area.

Maintenance is timely and respectful, as are the leasing office agents. I appreciate the events they have from time to time, but would appreciate more community-building events.
I hope they aim to expand upon the amenities they do have, such as the fitness center. Overall, though, I am happy with my time at Viano.

Great property. Love living here. Very quiet, good neighborhood, love the Riverwalk area with all the ducks and turtles. Away from high traffic but still close to everything.
