Good apartments. Calm, clean, security is on top of things clean pool and jacuzzi. Decent gym. Would recommend some upgrades on gym but that’s it.

I love living here, my only complaint is the parking. I love the amenities, I love being able to walk my dog. I just wished there was more free parking, or less people parked inside without a pass. I also wish there was more parking closer to my unit that I could pay for. The manager Brian is great.

Amazing community extremely flexible management team and the maintenance team are very supportive and friendly! Clean complex and my only problem is the homeless people that constantly steal from my garage because my neighbor forgets to close her garage all the time

I've lived at Viano for 5 years and never had any issues. The neighbors are quiet (mostly) and it's peaceful and safe here. The grounds are very well kept by the hard working crew, and the maintenance team are always quick to respond, knowledgeable, and very polite (especially Mike, who's one of the best at Viano!!). The leasing staff are very professional, polite and helpful, handling any requests with ease. I would recommend living here to anyone!

I have been here since 2014 and it's so quiet and peaceful here. I love the location and management. The amenities could use some updating in the gym but I did hear we're getting a play area for the dogs so I'm excited for that. Thank you ??

I am approaching a year of living at Viano. I love the area and my unit. I always say I wish the gym was a bit larger and they still had live TV in there, that’s definitely an after thought at this point for them.
