Viano is a nice clean community. The pool area and clubhouse are a few nice places place to relax outdoors. My dog loves going for walks around the community during the evenings.

It’s been great. Settling here at Viano at Riverwalk with my loyal companion. With their amenities around the area gives one a sense of choice in which activity that may support their comfort of the day. Lounging by the poolside; relaxing by the jacuzzi, taking a swim, or even enjoying some grilled selection in foods, make it very homey. There’s nothing to complain about.

Love this place ! Brian the manager is so amazing, the Maintenace staff is top tier. Leasing office is great. Not saying this place is perfect but when you have a great team managing this place and always looking to improve the property it’s hard to complain.

Amazing apartment complex. Love how maintenance is quick with a request and love how clean the pool is. Perfect place for dogs and also a perfect area to live in.

Cockroaches are a HUGE issue with this complex. It seems to be “handled” for a bit by spraying once, then neglected. There’s a major infestation that needs to be handled or at the least properly maintained. Clearly whatever is being used to keep pests and insects away is not working well. They enter apartments through the cracks in walls and doors.

Love living here. Quiet and always clean. The staff is so friendly and I love that they are constantly doing activities for everyone to get a chance to hang out, enjoy food and music. Or just by having treats for us to stop by and grab in the leasing office. It’s definitely something new for me but makes all the difference in a community. The amenities are great, always clean. My only complaint is the gym does need a few equipment upgrades. Mostly the dumbbell rack. A lot of them are very rusty, ...
chipping away very badly to where I’ve cut myself a couple of times and some sides of the dumbbell are loose and wobbly. I know it’s not cheap but I would just like to see a new upgraded rack if possible. Other than that, I wish we could see security a little more often. Just as a peace of mind, patrolling thru out the night.

The amount of uncovered parking spaces never seems like enough... people are always parked out on the street outside, while there appear to be more garages than there is demand for
