Unit 4216 located at 3440 Lebon Dr

Be aware, don't rent unit 4216 located at 3440 Lebon Dr. There is a family with two children living on top of you and very noisy neighbors on both sides. In addition, the land lord will not return your Damage deposit and will not fix or maintain the unit. That was my personal terrible experience.
