    Renting from here was an absolute nightmare. This landlord operates with zero regard for the law or basic human decency. From ignoring safety standards to blatantly violating tenant rights, their behavior was not just unprofessional—it was appalling. They repeatedly entered the property without notice, withheld the security deposit without cause, refused to make necessary repairs, leaving tenants in unsafe and unacceptable conditions. On top of that, their attitude toward tenants is downright ...
    hostile. Any attempt to communicate concerns is met with rudeness, intimidation, or outright dismissal. It’s clear they care only about collecting rent and not about providing a safe, livable environment. I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy. If you value your sanity, your safety, and your rights as a tenant, steer far, far away from this landlord. They are a disgrace to the rental industry.

  • ABSOLUTELY DONT LIVE HERE

    I lived here for a year and had so many problems it's unreal. They don't maintain their property AT ALL and they try to swindle you on your way out. Charged us for smoking cigs in their apartment which never happened once. MANAGER IS A NIGHTMARE AND SO RUDE. Megan is not to be trusted.

  • Unfriendly, high cost, and low quality

    The staff here are very rude to everyone, they claim to send notices but don't, this can be anything from them needing paper work but never sending you anything until they say its overdue to towing everyone in a parking lot at 6am because they decided to shut down a parking lot without notice Aside from the nightmare staff the environment is nothing but collage kids with loud parties on the week days, bikes are stolen on nearly a schedule, and I had even found used drug needles out in the common ...
    areas. They definitely overcharge for the small and poor quality of construction. It appears they are trying to ramp up advertisements for moving in so it appears they are getting desperate, perhaps these bad reviews are helping? if your looking for an apartment there are plenty of higher quality places for the same price range
