I’ve lived here for over 4 years and had 2 apartments. Never really had a hard time with them until this last past year, we had multiple leaks in the apartment that they refused to repair. Every time I called for the leaks I was basically ignored. The worst part about it is that every other day the restroom would leak sewage water. It was horrible. And every time it would rain the patio door way would leak so much water. There is mold as of a result of all the leaks. It was extremely bad. Don’t ...
ever expect much from maintenance. When they would “work” on the roof that patched it with a foam board and card board. oh and one time my car that I had a parking permit for got towed because it was in the visitors parking. SMH it was only there because out of no where they made the gate only accessible by key card that they charged 40$ for. I got my Cadillac converter stolen there and there’s some little kids that like to sit on your cars write on your cars knock on ur doors and run and other annoying stuff. There’s a lot of people that drink all night in the parking lot taking up parking areas on the weekends. The ac sucks had to get window unit.
