This is the first apartment I have ever lived in and the management is excellent here the ladies in the office work soo hard and they are nice. Couldn't ask for a better place to live. The property and apartments are clean. This is my first time ever leaving a review I just thought people should know that if you are looking for an apartment this is as good as it gets!!

My garbage disposal is about to over flow in my floor and maintenance told me it wasn’t an emergency and that they will not pay them to fix it after hours ! I’m very loyal have always paid my rent on time this is beyond crazy I’ve never had a problem before

If I could give a Zero rating I so would. I have lived there for 6 years and have been treated like crap with their unprofessional staff for that long as well. I got out as soon as I could. Now that I am out they come up with charges that aren't close to even being accurate. Getting to talk to someone in office or regional is beyond impossible. They don't respond to emails either. Getting anything done in the apartment when you do live there is very hard. Maybe if you don't have a job and can ...
call them 24/7 to check on it you might be okay but other than that no they all suck period. I would never even mention them to anyone and sure not refer anyone to live there. Absolutely not!

New Management is horrible, unfortunately the complex was bought out by someone else in December. Management and everyone in that office is very rude, never unprofessional, doesn't care about anything or anyone, has people cutting the grass every 2 days, planting flowers etc at the office, making sure their apartments are taken care of asap. But when it comes to the actual tenants they cannot complete or ever get started on any maintenance request for months. They never answer their phone or ...
return calls. And every time you go to ask them about your request, they seem to forget what was wrong with your apt in the first place and you have to repeat yourself like a thousand times sadly. Something they should have in their files. Half the people that have lived here for years have moved out because of management. There's probably over 50 empty units now. If it's not because they were made to leave it's because management is poor, sucks, and is very rude to people and nobody wants to live here PR have mgrs like that. When it rains everytime rain will come into your apt. So your floors will be soaked, smell like mildew, get flooded etc and they do not care to fix the problem anytime soon. The water is always getting shut off with no prior notice ever to tenants. Also heard they're going to start doing monthly inspections big invasion of privacy. I do not recommend.

In December Sunset Arbor got bought out by a new company. The Staff used to be very friendly and helpful. The new company fired everyone and hired new people. These people are very rude and are very unprofessional. I couldn't get out of there fast enough.
