November 25, 2024I've been living at Villas at Carrington Square since 2023 and have renewed my lease once. I absolutely love the staff, from the leasing agents Maria and LeeAnn to the maintenance crew, Justin, Matthew, and David. Maintenance requests are always handled promptly. I truly love it here. They are all fantastic. The community activities and fundraisers for local charities are a great touch, and the amenities are top-notch. The neighborhood is wonderful, and the location is very convenient. Everyone ...who visits my apartment always compliments how spacious it is, the 9-foot ceilings that really open up the space, the bay windows in the dining area, the huge closets, and the beautiful paint, wall trims, and crown moldings. My brother moved in earlier this year, and he and his girlfriend love it here as well. They receive the same compliments. November 17, 2024We’ve had really good service all around. Maintenance is really nice and always pretty quick at responding and fixing the problem. Leasing office staff is so kind and always answers any questions/complaints (which have been very few) we’ve had. No real issues with neighbors being too loud or rude either.
