This place used to be nice.
October 29, 2025The front gate breaks every week it feels like. It'll be stuck open for a few days or up to two weeks at a time. Every fix they implement lasts only a week tops. A third party company comes in to fix it, as far as I can tell, and they aren't doing a very good job. The call box guests and delivery drivers are supposed to use just stops working at random. I had my girlfriend over not long ago and she called me 6 times. My phone was not on silent and was sitting right on my desk and it didn't make ...a peep. She had to wait and tailgate someone else to get in. The AC units sometimes stop working. Maintenance comes in and fixes it, but it ends up stopping again a few days later. Whatever they are doing, it isn't fixing the actual problem. It really sucks, because this is a nice area. The apartments are decent (if a bit over-priced for their size), and they have a nice pool for the summer.
