Raising rent and poor management
November 4, 2018When my grandmother moved in over close to 20 years ago the management was always nice. Management has changed over the years, which is to be expected. This new company raises rent every 6 months to a year. Her rent is now so high, that we are looking for somewhere else for her to live. If the tenant has any grandkids or great grandkids dont bother bringing them to visit. There is nothing there for them to do and if they are outside they get blamed for any and everything that happens there. ...They cant even play outside with toy cars in front of the apartment without getting blamed. If your loved one is on a fixed income dont bother renting here because they will raise the rent until they cant even get groceries or medicines.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
