I recently moved back to Salt Lake after having lived out if state for 9 years. I had visited several communities and was so impressed with Vine Gate. The grounds are lovely and British was so kind, courteous, helpful and welcoming! I will be going in first thing in the morning to put down a deposit.....can't wait to move in!

With plenty of shopping and restaurants close by, minutes from the freeway and 20 minutes from downtown, this is the perfect location on the east side of the greater Salt Lake Valley. It's a smaller, quiet community with a mix of townhouses and apartments that have a cottage-like feel complete with fireplaces and beautiful landscaping and friendly office staff. The maintenance staff is quick and efficient and rent is reasonable.The only star missing is that based on the age of the buildings, ...
they aren't the most energy efficient. I've lived here for more than 6 years and don't plan on leaving any time soon.
