All units are in poor condition with termites and foundation issues. Nothing will be repaired. Leaking toilet and bathtub then charged for high water consumption after maintenance never fixed the leak. After you give them your money you will never be able to get in contact with management again. I have pictures of all the termites that would accumulate all over my new furniture daily.

Great community, very clean and quite. I have been living here for one year and seen all the changes and improvement unfold before my eyes. Friendly people and an spacious apartment. Office stuff is very friendly, work order gets done in a timely manor And what I love most about the community it is a very quiet place and very safe to walk around any time of the day.

I love my apartments is very spacious!!! I have been living here for over a year and I am going to renew my lease as I love living here. I never have been somewhere where I actually know my neighbors and get along with them very well. This is a very friendly community which I enjoy greatly. Evelio, the property manger is great and he's always willing to help you if you need anything.

Vizcaya Villas is always clean, with friendly neighbors and beautiful surroundings. Office staff is wonderful, the apartments are very spacious, appliances are new and the entire complex is being renovated. Staff is pretty pleasant and kind. Things have been fixed faster that the last ownership. The area is quiet, and it's great for families that have young kids. A great place to live, I recommend it 120%!!!!!!!!

This apartment is amazing. It's the perfect location right in the heart of Tamarac. I love what they have done to the interior and exterior of the complex. I've been living here for a couple of months and the apartment community is very friendly. Vizcaya Villas is a peaceful place to live with easy access to shopping centers and beautiful green areas. Thanks to Adrian, the property manager, and the entire staff who are always working with us to make the process simple and easy. He's awesome. The apartments have nice upgrades, are clean, very cozy and the grounds are well maintained. It's an amazing place to live!!!!!

This apartment have been the most amazing and peaceful one. If you like to be surronded by nature, this is the place to be, with hardwood floors, newly remodeled kitchens and beautiful landscaping. I've been living here since 2015, and no planning to live anywhere else. Great management/staff, very friendly and always going forward to exceed your expectations. I feel that I'm living in the paradise, and only a few minutes from the suburban area, having the best of the two worlds.5 stars.
