WCM apartments is nestled in the center of Richmond, CA. We are close to everything including the post office, schools, community college, gas station, bus stops, shopping and restaurants. We are a quiet community with some greenery of trees and plants. The unit includes wood floors throughout and vinyl floors, new blinds, new paint, gas stove, refrigerator, kitchen and bathroom. Paid water, no laundry facility on site but there is a laundry facility with short walking distance. Clean, quiet complex that is near bus lines, schools, restaurants, grocery stores, freeway. Great location and very convenient for commuters. Non Smoking Building. Pictures are of another unit but same exact layout. Must have good credit, make 3's the rent and no evictions. Pet Policy: Additional; $250.00 deposit, Dogs under 20 pounds are okay or 2 cats. The office is open from Mon- Fri from 9-12 &am; 1-5pm.

my experience has been great the hole progess with the application was very good and as well with all the help from the manager charissa she was the best help with translating and explaining every detail me and my family are excited to live here in the appartment unit and plan to libe here for along time

I have been living here with my mom since May and have had absolutely no problems. The apartment is nice and spacious and, yes, we have needed somethings to be replaced or fixed and the manager, Charissa, has been great in attending to those needs. She is very easy to work with and has shown a kind and attentive attitude towards us. I do appreciate having an apt. manager that is great to work with.

Been living here for over 7 months. Charissa the manager is awesome! If there is a problem she is in it without hesitation and has gone out of her way to satisfy us as tenants! She has great attitude and wonderful customer service skills. The 1 bedroom my boyfriend and I live at is nice and cozy! Love that it comes with a parking space. At first we were hesitant and thought it would be a terrible area but we were wrong and have made this home for years to come! Don't take my work for it, just ...

get in while you can....

Very reasonable prices especially considering the surrounding area. The apartments are older so they come with certain small problems that are easily fixed. Regardless I loved my apartment; it's pest free, good rent and spacious. The complex stays very quiet and neighbors seem friendly. The management is really really friendly, knowledgeable and professional. if i had any problem while i lived there she made sure maintenance was there within 24hrs to fix any issue.

The experience I had with the staff and over the phone was pleasant and professional. The lady made it a point to really engage and make me feel welcomed. Based on what I saw from going to the office, pricing and floor plans I could see making a decent living there. I would recommend anyone to this property since the area is nice and in a convenient location to all shopping needs.
