Excellent Maintenance Team!
September 20, 2024I’ve been at Wade for several years due to convenient proximity to work and restaurants/retail. The entire Team at Wade is great and personable, today I wanted to give a special shout out to the Maintenance Team. Exceptional response time, professionalism and knowledge. Anyone that has managed property, owned or rented, knows that stuff breaks! Rest assured that the Wade Team has your back and will get you back to your normal routine quickly. No parking / rats
March 23, 2022This apartment complex is awful, especially the last 12 months. Lived here for over 2 years. Never any parking, rats roaming around the complex, dog poop everywhere you walk in the grass (they used to make people pick it up or they would have someone picking it up). They don't have any parking ever but the lease says you cannot leave cars that don't work but I have reported lots of cars that don't work and haven't moved in over a year some 2 years. They say pit bulls aren't allowed but people ...have them Despite bringing up the complaints nothing changes. When I first moved in, everything was great they took care of the property outside. Even my guest that come to visit me here tells me how awful it is with parking and dog poop everywhereProperty Manager Responded

Nice Apartments
December 30, 2019Nice apartments for the price. I opted to have stainless steel in my apartment and I love it. I enjoy the gym it’s open 24 hours so it’s nice to go to after I get off work late at night. There are lights all over so it’s not super dark at night too.Property Manager Responded

Wonderful Community!
December 6, 2019I have lived here for many years and have loved it. The staff is always helpful and fixes any issues right away. Any maintenance problems I have (which have been few and far between) are fixed quickly as well. I plan on staying for a while longer until I buy a house!Property Manager Responded
