Clean Building and Great Location close to everything
August 31, 2016This place is very clean and close to everything. I have enjoyed living here the past year. The new owner has made sure the place looks clean. Not sure why someone said different below.. The Maintenance Guy is Amazing and always fixing things quickly... Price of rent is really fair for the area. Do Not Move Here!
May 9, 2016If you like bugs, poor communication from the manager & bad parking this is the place for you! The outside landscaping is terrible - the weeds around the place have grown tremendously, you have to duck your head to go into 1 apartment building to keep from getting hit by the tree. The hall that leads into your apartment is never clean. There's a cleaning company that comes ONCE a YEAR. So you can imagine how terrible & muddy it can be. The manager reads emails but doesn't respond. There's been ...times when I've called, & she's there but just doesn't answer. I had to try 3 times just to get an apartment here b/c she gave me that hard of a time. I didn't know how terrible this place was managed. She waits until something is due the week before to notify you, instead of making you aware when the balance comes up. Please, please do not move here. Dont waste your time!
January 27, 2016I was a resident here for 5 years. During that time, management has changed at least 5 times. It wasnt bad at first. The first three years were great. Everything was quiet, the grounds were kept up daily, maintenance requests were done in a timely manner, and the neighbors were wonderful. Then new management took over. Rent goes up, but nothing new is ever done to the place. The yards are constantly littered with trash, hedges are never trimmed, and maintenance requests go undone (We requested a ...sliding screen door for two years, and even at the time of leaving, we never had one put in). Numerous drug dealers live here and several times a year, the cops come and bust them. The most current one involved the dealer allegedly throwing a gun into the bushes below (they lived directly above me), and him jumping from the balcony to flee. Pest control sprays monthly, but it does no good. Bees and wasps are extremely bad in the summer, and nothing is done to help. Parking is an absolute nightmare.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
ZERO STARS FOR THIS PLACE
August 27, 2015PARKING IS TERRIBLE..NEVER a parking space in the evening. If your lucky enough to get one you don't want to leave or you will loose it. Management and owners are aware of this and do not tell you prior to signing a lease, this is a HUGE issue at this property. No handicap parking here either.Review from Apartments.com
