December 13, 2020I saw these reviews were old. I recently moved here. They are all about building a community with offering opportunities for self development and fellowship. Poor Customer Service
December 23, 2017At first living here was great, but after living there I noticed the property was not kept up to par and basically it's the hood! I got chased by a pitbull and nothing was never done about the issue. Even after I moved out I was given the run around for 3 months about my security deposit. The property manager (Robyn) and I did a walk thru of the entire apartment and she marked everything as good on the checklist. However, after 3 emails (that no one responded to) and 7 phone calls (was forwarded ...to the voicemail 6 times) I was able to get in contact with her. She then told me that I wouldn't be getting a deposit back and that I owed money and that I wasn't getting my security deposit back. She then claimed she mailed the documents to my new address months ago. Lies. A day later, I received the documents that I supposedly was mailed months ago, that included a bill. Overall I would not recommend anyone to live here even if you're given months free of rent.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Wonderful World of Walton Ridge at Ridenour
August 14, 2015This Community is about its people. From children to elders, married or single there's something HAPPENING! They offer incredible programs, have great amenities, cheerful staff and beautiful well maintained landscape. Within walking distance to many shopping centers, restaurants and easy access to highways. Being a single mother of 3, I couldn't have found a more accepting community with neighbors that aren't just friends but are family too!
