Welcome to Waterbury Apartments! Our 71 spacious 1 and 2-bedroom ranch-style apartments have been newly renovated and are managed by a professional on-site team. Enjoy the ease of living just minutes from I-275 & East Gate Shopping Center. Our freshly updated apartments feature beautiful modern wood-look vinyl floors and updated kitchens with all major appliances, including a dishwasher and built-in microwave. Take control of your to-do list with timesaving features like; in-home washer and dryer connections and an onsite laundry care facility, while walk-in closets and additional storage make it easy to stay organized. The security deposit required is equal to one month's rent, an admin fee of $100 is required, with residents responsible for electricity through Duke Energy, while water utilities are paid to SNS Management on an individual basis. Trash service is included. Waterbury Apartments is a pet-friendly community! With an additional monthly fee and a non-refundable pet fee, we're happy to accommodate your beloved pets. For applicants, we charge a standard application fee per person 18 years or older. To apply, simply visit our website at and complete the application.
