Wonderful end to a long apartment search

When I moved here in 2018, I had finally ended a very long and tedious apartment search that left me exhausted. But I could not have found a better place to land than here.
The management staff was awesome and friendly — in fact I was bummed when they transitioned to online payment because I didn’t get the chance to go in to the office to talk to them as much as I did when I had to pay by check. They were super helpful, always cheerful, and great to have a conversation with.

was LIGHTNING fast. Work orders were typically same-day (or at least, they’d come to look at it and figure out the issue.)
The living space was super cozy. However, be prepared to bring your own lighting, because our unit didn’t have a ceiling light in the living room.
And because they’re older apartments, our unit got really hot in the summer when the sun would shine through the windows.
One of the only reasons I moved out was because I wanted to move into a house. I would have renewed my lease for longer if that weren’t the case.

My husband and I lived here for two years and it is hands down the best apartment complex we've ever been in! Only reason we moved is for my husband's job which took us out of state. The apartments have a very homey feel and the staff here is phenomenal. If you ever need anything taken care of, it is done right away and they are happy to help. We have gotten to know the maintenance staff well and appreciate their hard work and care. The grounds are always kept in pristine condition and the ...
neighbors are very friendly and quiet. We have also loved being right next to the Linda Spurlock park! In a great location overall. Very easy access to the highway, but not too close. So glad we found this gem!

This is a great place to live, close to dfw airport & downtown. If you ever need anything Leslie in the office is the first to help and get it done. They go out of their way to help residents stay safe, such as parking lot safety and keeping solicitors away from the property. Even maintenance is great to act in things that need to get fixed right away. They keep the landscape looking beautiful and clear sidewalks.

I moved in to Waterford on the Green about five months ago and have been super happy from the first day I looked at them. Very comfortable and cozy atmosphere ~ inviting. Though the community is one of the older ones in NRH, it is well-kept and very friendly on the budget. The manager of the property, Leslie, is fabulous and has been willing to help immediately whenever there is a maintenance issue. I moved from a 4 bedroom home into a 1 bedroom apartment so down-sizing is an understatement, ...
but i have felt very "at home" since. I take pride in my home and am happy to be a resident at Waterford on the Green. I look forward to a long relationship with Leslie and her team.

Nice and quiet area with close proximity to shopping, restaurants, nestled between Fort Worth and Dallas. Large 2 bedroom-2 bath with den. Large back patio that has back door that opens to it. Beautiful grounds with big trees, seasonal flower beds, and green grass. Two swimming areas with lounge chairs and hot tub. The staff are amazing and the maintenance is swift to respond to any problem. My favorite place is the living room with a beautiful fireplace and mantle. Great place to live!
