March 25, 2026recently moved into Waterman's Crossing in Newport News, and I couldn’t be happier! My two-bedroom unit is bright and spacious with high ceilings, laminate flooring, granite countertops, stainless appliances, and a private balcony overlooking the courtyard. The in-unit washer/dryer is a game-changer. The resort-style pool is pristine, and the 24-hour fitness center is excellent. The location is perfect—just minutes from the interstate, Patrick Henry Mall, and dining. Management and maintenance ...are incredibly responsive and friendly. It's truly pet-friendly with a spacious dog park—my golden retriever Max loves it! Waterman's Crossing feels like a true sanctuary. Highly recommended!Property Manager Responded

August 14, 2025Nice area. Close to everything. Some amenities are convenient.A lot of debri in the walkways. Need to upgrade cabinets and closets in all units very old and stains very easily inside the cabinets . Need cameras for auto theft . Overall not badProperty Manager Responded
