This is my first apartment without roommates and am expecting soon and the process was very quick and easy. Anyone who’s lived in an apartment knows what documents you may need (income, employment, etc.) and if you have access to those things the process should go smoothly for you. All in all it took about 2 weeks to do the application, get approved and pay deposit for unit. It’s very helpful to do research on apartments such as these especially since they are income restricted and have certain ...
requirements and procedures. I started looking at these in November but these go so fast I was told to wait to apply until closer to move in date. They do go fast but as long as you have everything and keep in touch things go smoothly. Although it’s hard to get someone on the phone, emailing them will get you a better and sometimes a quicker response. The manager Kayla was the main person who handled and help process my application and she was very friendly, helpful and quick with it all. Although staffing was short at the beginning of the year due to Covid-19, they still managed to help me get in a unit at the end of January. Thank you Kayla and Kimberly! The price is affordable and the units are very spacious. The neighborhood is quiet at night and I have no worries about noise or safety. I’m glad I found and was able to move into these apartments and look forward to welcoming my child while staying here.

TERRIBLE!!

I would rate this a 0 if I could. This place the staff here is very unprofessional! We did our application got approved. They were lying to us playing us from the beginning getting our hopes up. They said room will be available first week of February then we had to wait it wasn’t ready. Then no one contacted us it was ready then they gave the room away and said first come first serve. Why did we even go through the whole process thinking we were gonna have a place to stay just for a first come ...

I have been living here for almost 3 years now. The apartment location are great with easy access to IH 35 and Mopac. Staff members and management team deserves 5 stars for their work and attitude. I always receive fast response from them when I needed maintenance in the apartment. They tried their best to help you with your need. Sadly I'm moving to different town now, otherwise I would definitely continue to stay here. Thank you for this 3 years !

So the word that comes to me to some up the team over at Waters @ Willow Run is Awesome!!!! Kudos to Management head and asst. Manny you rock! Ok so I have been a resident here for 2yrs.little bumbpy in the beginning with old management. Everything has smoothed over since then since New Management in position. Apartments absolutely beautiful and affordable! I love them. I was going to move because I wantedto leave Austin but always would say I wish I could take my apt. Anywho things fell through ...
for me in Dallas and I was do to move out bythe end of the month with no address to go to. Well long story short I spoke to Management and Manny along withe the head management worked it out for me so that I was able to stay do I wouldn't be homeless. i recommend thesr apt.very well kept,prompt maintenance, and overall a Great place to live!!!

Impressive Community

Went to go look at the property yesterday with my realtor and BFF. Love the location of the complex and was extremely impressed with the inside of the units. They are very spacious and modern. The only thing I didn't really like was the outside of the buildings..kinda looks like an old motel. But for the affordable rent it is definitely something I can look past. Seems like a very family oriented community which is perfect for me and my kids. Love the after school programs they offer!! I look ...

The office staff is very friendly, professional and extremely helpful any time I have had a problem or request. The maintenance crew is friendly, professional and always show up on time when I have place a request through their website or at the office. Neighbor problems reported to the management have been taken care in a surprisingly fast and to my satisfaction.
