This is my first apartment without roommates and am expecting soon and the process was very quick and easy. Anyone who’s lived in an apartment knows what documents you may need (income, employment, etc.) and if you have access to those things the process should go smoothly for you. All in all it took about 2 weeks to do the application, get approved and pay deposit for unit. requirements and procedures. I started looking at these in November but these go so fast I was told to wait to apply until closer to move in date. They do go fast but as long as you have everything and keep in touch things go smoothly. Although it’s hard to get someone on the phone, emailing them will get you a better and sometimes a quicker response. The manager Kayla was the main person who handled and help process my application and she was very friendly, helpful and quick with it all. Although staffing was short at the beginning of the year due to Covid-19, they still managed to help me get in a unit at the end of January. Thank you Kayla and Kimberly! The price is affordable and the units are very spacious. The neighborhood is quiet at night and I have no worries about noise or safety. I’m glad I found and was able to move into these apartments and look forward to welcoming my child while staying here.
