Do no move in!

Management is awful at keeping things organized and clean. Every time there is a new renovation no matter how small they will try to charge you. Parking sucks, they do no have enough parking for everyone because you can’t park unless you pay but they don’t want to sell you a second spot. The women at the front desk are rude and the maintenance people never do their job.

  Hello, We, at Watersong Villas take our reviews very seriously and we would like to improve our customer service to surpass your expectations. Just since 2015 with the new management taken over, we have renovated the entire pool area, as well as our parking lot appearance and added more carports to accommodate our tenants and guests. The property had a lot of changes, only for the better to serve our tenants. All units (with the exception of the one bedrooms) come with a complimentary carport that's attached to your home for your convenience and safety. Any additional carport can be rented for a fee per month as explained per your lease agreement. If you have any other concerns please address it directly to our leasing office, in order to correct the issues that you might have.
