The place is very quiet and clean, I can recommend it to anyone. As regard of my apartment we need to fix several part, that should be done first before we moved in and it is stop time to do that.

Too many speed bumps. Only one dumpster for the entire property. Non-working gate. Security has been removed. Too many solicitors and trespassers. All garbage cans hav me been removed from common areas. All of these things will ultimately result in my leaving the property when the appropriate time comes.
