Wasteland
February 21, 2026When your kid comes in the house with shoes caked with dog poop from playing outside I kind of wish I can leave zero stars. This is just a fraction of the dump this place really is. They don’t ever put out rules, warnings or fines to any of these ghetto people that live here. Unauthorized HUGE dogs everywhere. Trash everywhere. I’m looking at these fake reviews and it is laughable because this place is a wasteland that is ignored by all the staff. It’s cheap for a reason!
September 6, 2024Since new management took over a few months ago it’s been horrible. Extra fees that come out of nowhere, doubled water bills from their mess ups, can’t keep up with payments, police out here every day, bugs, kids stealing cars, I can keep going. May 8, 2019Just signed my lease today. Very sweet and pleasant Management. Greeted with smilies. No hesitation with answering questions. Flexible and worked around my availability. Nice place
November 15, 2016Current management is awesome! Over the summer they had a pool party with free food for all the residents and they had a few outdoor movie nights on a giant screen with free popcorn. A great living experience
July 23, 2016Just finished movie night,fantastic! Lisa is always doing something to make living here an enjoyable experience. I don't have any issues that aren't taken care of professionally and promptly . It is a great pleasure calling Waverton Ashton Green home. All of the staff (Lisa, office,and maintenance ) are dedicated to ensuring everything is as it should be. We as residents must help keep this a great place to live!
