June 30, 2022Have lived here going on 5 years now for the most part it is quite the staff is friendly the work orders I have summited have been completed quickly the grounds are nice there’s a company that cuts the grass every week but over all it’s a nice enough place to live for an apartmentReview from Apartments.com
Affordable and spacious
June 8, 2021I’ve lived here almost a year and so far so good! The rental office always responds quickly to concerns and the grounds are mostly clean. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars unfortunately is due to some of the people. They purposely set trash all around the dumpster and don’t clean up after their pets. Also there is a water bug problem but as I stated if you contact the rental office they will send someone to spray. The upside is that the apartments are very spacious and appealing and you have ...an assigned parking and plenty of visitor parking. The location is also very good!Property Manager Responded

Don’t do it
August 13, 2019I knew when I had the delays before move it it was a problem. I had a roach problem, big and little. The smell of marijuana all day long no matter what time of day. The toilets and sinks clogged every month! These living conditions are horrifying. Maintenance is so sloppy with his work it’s never fulfilled. BEWARE STAY AWAY!!!!!Review from Apartments.com
