This community is a joke. Bad pipes, water outages for hours with no prior notice, flooded parking lot every time it rains, severe flooding during both hurricanes with extreme damage to units and rushed jobs to repair them, changes in lease agreement with no notice to current residents. Poorly trained maintenance, meaning frequent visits to make the same repairs and if they damage something while they’re at it you can forget any cosmetic repairs. Current staff is friendly, however there’s a high ...

turnover rate for all office and maintenance staff. Put everything in writing and keep a copy for yourself - best practice for any property.

• Not the brightest ladies work the front • 3 days for a refunable deposit then on the 5th day they claimed i needed a double deposit with no option to get back the $200 i had already put down. • Harrasing us for their mistakes • No grilling allowed due to apt. Being too old

This is wonderful affordable apartment with some of the same amenities as expensive ones. The courtyard tranquil and beautiful. It's like having Central park as your courtyard. I really love my kitchen. The space is more than adequate to zip around like a world class chef.

The staff are very friendly and were helpful with the paperwork. I needed an apartment quickly, I had just moved back to Texas and was starting working that week. If you want an apartment with a mid size pool, a lovely courtyard, and friendly neighbors then this is the place.
