December 21, 2020very bad administration does not comply with the agreement the administration imposes unjustified fines my apartment had mice appeal that there are more than 50 cats throughout the complex there is no control and suitable pests without heating and a lot of cockroaches and many things that are not worth housing peopleProperty Manager Responded
December 29, 2020We are sorry that you are upset about not getting your deposit back. Deposits are nonrefundable when you break a lease and left owing rent. Our office is open 9:00 to 6:00, weekdays, but received no maintenance requests from you. As you are well aware maintenance requests are completed the same day, 3 days at most. Per your file, you were not issued a fine for the period you've stayed. You were a good resident and understood the consequences for breaking a lease but moved out anyway.
