About Westhaven

Westhaven is a 92-unit affordable housing development for individuals and families in Columbus, OH. This community is made up of five newly remodeled buildings featuring 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments. Section 8 voucher holders are welcome! Our community includes a community building, designed to specifically meet the needs of the family-centered programming that will be provided to the resident population. The building also incorporates a laundry facility, management and service coordination offices, a computer room, and a flexible community space. Beyond serving the need for housing, Westhaven is able to connect residents to a broad range of amenities and employment opportunities, including medical facilities, community services, schools, public transportation, groceries, shopping and churches. All programs and services will be made available to all interested residents.

This is so sad that i have to live here for 5 months more,I'm pregnant and i don't know what I'm gonna do when my baby's born,heater doesn't work we can't sleep every time I ask for maintenance they came and do nothing,when you try to call them they don't answer,they clocked the the door on my father face,and I always pay rent in time,every night i sleep with fever because of the cold,so if you wanted to move in those apartments don't you gonna regret it

They don’t put salt down in the winter on the paths for their elderly or any residents, They don’t fix anything here! I have mold through out my apartment and all they keep doing is painting over it!

It not the best place to live there nice apt but we're put together with cheap material and thing break very easy. The bought cheap closet doors which don't stay on track and no matter if you fix it going break again who get has to fix it but maintenance. Which they are back in forth to the same apt bc of cheap material. There thing that need to be redone and put better material in these apt bc they are low income apt I can write many bad thing about this place but you have find out for urself. ...

The building is new and it got more leaking than a 20 yr old building that not good

Terrible place to live they go threw maintenance people like crazy waited months to get things fixed and it’s still not fixed breaking my lease and getting out of here there are bugs that are coming into my place from other apartments very nasty place

The apartments over here are relatively nice and spacious. If you have any issues, maintenance is super quick to get on it. Overall a nice place to live!

The apt are nice and clean when moving in the grounds are kept trash free and the side walks are cleaned and all problems with the apt are fixed fast
