I lived here for a year and the landlord does nothing. She does not respect the contract that you sign. They have quiet hours which she does not enforce and the parking lot is full of potholes that can easily damage your vehicle. The apartment itself is way to small and outdated, and the buildings are not up to code. If it snows then you better just stay indoors because the stairs wont be cleared off. The laundry rooms do not open on time and they don't have enough washers or dryers for everyone ...
so you may just go to a laundry mat. This place is not worth it and I suggest you find somewhere else. the city will hopefully come shut this place down soon.

Terrible place to live.

Terrible management and living conditions, my bathroom ceiling fell in and it took two weeks to fix and looked terrible. Had mice but again the landlord my apartment manager don't help but tell you to buy traps. Landlord also raises rent and only accepts cash and money order as payment methods. Also, they won't give you your security deposit back.

Worst place ever

If you want a hot shower or laundry facilities don't live here. The manager will lie to you and stab you in the back. DON'T RENT HERE!!! Also know that if you do rent here everyone is paying different amounts in rent, there is no consistency and if something breaks it will take at least 2 weeks to get fixed, unless it's the manager's apartment, then a professional will be called. The owner doesn't care and let's the manager do whatever she wants (makes you wonder...). Plus there is a lawsuit ...
being filed by HUD. So again, DON'T RENT HERE!!!

I have been living here for two years now and even though I just renewed my lease, I am looking to move because the landlord keeps increasing the rent without doing improvements internally and externally to improve the overall appearance. Walkway to apartments has dangerous cracks, my stove is so small, I cannot fit a normal baking pan in it. The refrigerator provided is too small, the smell of mold comes from under my kitchen sink and my bath tub needs to be replaced.
