  • Apartment was filled with noxious fumes

    The property manager sent me in to view the apartment at 223 University Drive for a self-guided tour. On entering, I immediately noticed an overwhelming smell of noxious fumes. It vaguely smelled like paint, but since I didn't see any paint or other materials sitting out I can't pinpoint what it was. I tried to walk through briefly to see the small apartment but was overwhelmed by a feeling of nausea and lightheadedness It was difficult to breathe. I spent maybe 2 minutes in the apartment but I ...
    was coughing and having difficulty breathing for over 30 minutes afterwards. I'm concerned this apartment may have done longterm damage to me.
