October 22, 2019Love living here, as there have been some major improvements lately. My dog also loves my decision to live here since there are two dog parks. Covered parking is a bonus, something tough to find around this area. Maintenance has been really good about coming, something that was an issue for me beforehand but it seems like new management is on top of it. All in all this place can't be beat. October 14, 2019I love living here. I travel a lot and this was a great location in the Tampa area. They have covered parking and the property is pretty quiet and peaceful. What a turnaround!
October 10, 2019I've lived here for almost a year. Apparently the property was sold earlier this year. The new owners are really investing some money in the property and the changes are amazing. They're actually doing maintenance on the property, painting and adding all kinds of new things to the property (outdoor grills, new pool furniture, 2 dog parks a really cool outdoor gym, and on and on). April 13, 2017I have enjoyed living at the Park of Pienza for the past several months. Close by are lots of restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. Perfect for a couple or a family. The grounds and pool are kept up nicely and the staff is very friendly. The neighbors are nice and always quiet. Who could ask for more? If you do call ask for Chelsie, she is very friendly and helpful.Property Manager Responded

Good location, yet feels secluded
October 4, 2015The apartment is in a good location, just a few minutes from the Crosstown Expressway and I-75, and there are many stores close by as well. And yet, its location is tucked away from the road and has a view of a lake lined with trees on its opposite banks, which give the impression it's much more secluded. The buildings are solid and the walls relatively soundproof, but the complex was built in the 80s, so it's beginning to age. A new ownership group purchased the property in early 2015 and have ...begun making improvements - external to this point (new roof, painted exteriors of buildings, repaved roads and parking lots). I haven't reached the date to renew my lease, so I am curious to find out if they are raising the rent, and by how much.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 10, 2015I have been here just over a year, as a retired navy vet it is just the perfect place to put my feet up and finally relax after thirty plus years of service. Understated elegance and solitude
July 30, 2015The Park At Pienza feels like home. The large floor plans and spacious bedrooms are well laid out for that feeling of security. The entire complex has been redone in understated elegance and refinement. I truly love the solitude and peacefulness of the area and friendly neighbors who are always willing to help.
