Horrible management

After Tracy wasn’t manager anymore, the new manager in office currently has been disgustingly rude. We are unsure of her name but she gets very aggravated at everything. We have been waiting on maintenance whom broke the bathroom door 1-2 months ago after doing a poor job. It is disgusting how a human being can be this rude. If I could give this a 0, I would not hesitate in doing so.

They need to do maintenance on the gutters, rotten deck rails and stair wood and then clean the mold off the buildings....I know its Covid but the is no pool anymore. Its like they just want the place to crumble away

0 maintenance, people think its best price, if you calculate the monthly expense it will be same as similar apartments available near to it. I stayed around 2 years and moved out after seeing the maintenance. These are very old apartments and the appliances they give was too old.
1. Heating/cooling : Because of worst maintenance the apartment insulation was not good, Windows are not maintained well, depends on the apartment it will be too cold or too hot based on the season, continuously your ...
heater or AC should run for you to stay. Heater's you get in this apartments was too old and they take lot of power to run.
2. Appliances : The appliances you get was too old and the power it needs more, refrigerator will make a sound that you feel like you are siting next to some vibrating machine... and i never seen the worst washer and dryer that i was seen there, they will stop working at least twice per year and easily they will take a month to fix them, you will be lucky if they will work for 6 months. they will burn your electricity like anything.
after calculating Rent + Heating/Colling + Appliances power consumption.. it will be same as you pay for other apartments.
since they don't have lease..my suggestion is stay for 1 or 2 months if you need too, and then look for better place and then move on.
i will never recommend this apartments.

I got the chance to tour this property and a few units and thank goodness i caught the best price i've found around the area! For having a beautiful wood burning fireplace, ample living room and storage closet space, washer and dryer in unit, along with a walk in shower and full bath, this property is amazing for its price! I am so excited to move in - i applied today and am hoping the application and move in process goes smoothly!! :) As a leasing professional for another company, i was nervous ...

Maintenance is non-existent

6 months to have my dishwasher replaced that was leaking all over the floor. Currently have no dryer and its been over a month. Rent is cheap compared to other places near by but living here has been stressful. Appliances are constantly breaking and yet maintenance takes their time. My dryer is a fire hazard but they'll get to it when they feel like it. Overall dissatisfied and would not recommend Wildflower Apartments.

I lived here for almost 2 years, and while it was good most of the time, towards the end it got worse. The new manager stuck a huge green sticker on the back window of my car because she wanted me to move my car back a couple feet so they could paint some curbs. Instead of knocking on my door to ask me to move, (which they did anyway because I didn't move my car back far enough) she put a big bright green sticker on my window that is intended for people that violate the parking that are subject ...
to tow. The only reason I have an issue with this is because it would not come off and left a bunch of sticky crap and paper all over my back window. When I confronted her and told her about it, she said well you can get a razor blade and remove it. I said NO, YOU can get one and remove it, you're the one that did it. Of course, she never did it. Then when it was time for me to move out, I gave her my forwarding address and also she had my cell number, to forward any bill for cleaning fees and what-not but instead of notifying me, she sent it straight to collections! Beware if you move in here! Very unprofessional manager.

Great Rent, but bad staff!!!

I have been living here for over 4 years now, and love the reasonable price. There is a community pool, sauna, and a hot tub which opens on memorial day and closes on labor day, but the apartments are always late opening the pool, sauna, hot tub, and just love closing it on time. The community here is nice, and a bunch of kids for my kids to play with. Although, my kids are always complaining about the mean manager, as he always finds the littlest things to stop them about, and have heard that he ...
is quite rude. But, the apartments are really nice especially over the summer so you can escape the heat by going to the pool. It is nice to have the built-in laundry and dryer as well. TIPS: The apartments should defenetly have a fitness/gym area as most of the apartments around offer gym areas AND a pool area. I also do not get free high sped internet. I tink you have to pay extra for it here, and I've heard its quite slow. It is a pleasure living here in this nice cumunity and having to pay such little as the rent. Totally Recemmended due to the price.
