DON'T BOTHER

This place is filthy, neglected and gross. If you like non-existent caretakers, crappy maintenance and landlords that don't care about their investment or the people that live there, by all means have at it. I give it a less than zero rating.
There are supposedly on-site caretakers, but they never do ANYTHING. It's gross. And the landlords don't give a rip. Their maintenance crew is horrendous, its staff a few bumbling characters whose skill sets are minimal at best.
Light bulbs always ...
burnt out, front steps falling apart, carpeting dirty, pool not kept up. It's really a travesty.
Do yourself a favor...pass this blight by.

My unit has mold and management has not fix the problem. Management was notified of the mold issue at the beginning of February 2022 and it is currently end of May 2022 and problem still has not been addressed. My unit didn’t have heat all throughout January and February. Not a safe building to live in specially if you have children. There is no security once however. Apartment gets broken into all the time and renters have complained of packages being stolen. Both front and back door does not ...
lock, so anybody can come in and out of the apartment building. cameras have been installed because of apartment unit being broken into, but cameras do not work all the time. There is a constant maintenance problem in the units. The building is structurally not sound and falling apart but management and owners are not doing anything about it.
