Poor maitenance and infestation problems

Management puts no effort into maintaining the structure of the apartment complex. The ceilings are dipping inside of the bedrooms, top of the walls are cracking, and to make matters worse, there’s a rampant roach infestation that has never been addressed. Can’t have exterminators come without management having a fit either.
