The landlords are amazing. Super friendly and understanding. They gave me the option of a payment plan when I got into health trouble. Whenever there is an issue they adress it immidiatly. The units are clean and no bugs thank to regular pest control. Laundry room and hallway are getting cleaned weekly. In the past there was a problem with a tenant. He never watched his kids, where loud and they threw garbage everywhere. Since this family left the place in 2020 it is clean and quiet. The ...

management is doing a good job in getting out the tenants that are causing issues to everyone. Also rent is really reasonable. I am still glad that I have moved in here over 10 years ago. Lots of my neighbors are long term tenants, so there is rarely a unit available.

Dirty and Management is terrible

I currently live here and have had many issues. I had to move in late because the apartment wasn't ready by the move in date, even after moving in there were things that hadn't been done. The landlord never listens or does anything. Dont move here.
