August 23, 2023The apartments are cute and good sized with views, and the property management keeps them up well as long as you make the requests but there is no point in the day or night where you will be safe from the rushing river of Denny traffic- which is also the thoroughfare for emergency services North through Interbay so, constant sirens too. Also, with the return of humanity back to this poorly-designed and essentially forgotten waste of a block with completely empty apartment buildings... It's ...really unfortunate because it has turned the are around the building into a fairly high crime pocket- and here's where the actual review comes in... The landlords really don't help the issue. The bare minimum is what you get... And that's if you really keep up on them. But they're great, inexpensive apartments if you're good with city living. There are 2 washers and 2 dryers. ? Make sure to get a tour during a busy hour of the day. Garbage trucks run like 5 times a week so try and stay away from the alley. There ya go!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
