I have lived here for 3 years. I love the area The new managers Pam and her husband Randy are fabulous. Very kind and always available for questions or concerns, and help all of us with maintenance when needed. They respond immediately and always so kind. I love living here with them in our neighborhood. Thanks to both of you for being here
Bad place to rent from

This complex is bug infested (roaches and bed bugs), not at all worth the price they rent if for. The rooms are small and the wallpaper is old and coming off of the walls where you can see the aftermath of what the roaches left behind. They take their time returning the deposits and take a cleaning deposit out automatically without letting tenants know. I am having a difficult time with them and calls are not returned. I do not recommend this complex. Not a clean place to live and it is not smoke ...
free, and the only internet access you have is what you pay for, this has been built up and no where near lives up to these amenities.
