Place is decent enough for the price if rent didn’t keep increasing . I have been trying to figure out why it’s increasing , in the 3 years I’ve been here the only upgrade or improvement to our apartments are the automatic door locks Wich in my Apartment specifically the sun heats it up like a frying pan and it won’t turn on when I get home in the afternoon . Might bathroom is covered in mold that won’t go away and the walls are so deteriorated that I fell thru the tile in my shower and all they ...
did was add a few new tiles over the hole …. As well as there are bugs , all, over the place . Cockroaches mostly but there are also Wasps nests allll over the place as well as in our gutters that prevent me from opening my doors and windows for fresh air in fear of multiple wasps invading my kitchen living room and bedrooms . Another “perk” I find annoying is the trash service fee . We pay a fee for our trash to be picked up from our door but then we get texts telling us to take it to the dumpster ourself due to no trash service for days at a time . Management is consistently changing . And the new tenants that come in seem to be favored by each manager that’s taken the office . The security cameras: im unsure if any upgrades were made but the last time my son’s bike got stolen the cameras weren’t even working . Other than that . This has been a decent choice for my first apartment for me and my son

Pest issues
October 23, 2020
I’ve lived here for about 8 months. Roaches were a huge problem (and they fly). Pest control seems to be like water to the roaches. The a/c never keeps the house cool during summer. Now we are dealing with bed bugs and the office seems to not care much at all. Office staff also seems very nonchalant about any problems within the into. I would say it’s not worth the asking price.

Ive lived here since sept of 2014....Nicole and LaShonda are awesome, the maintenance staff is quick and helpful always, and security is always on point. The gate is never broken, and the gym is quite nice. The pool is very well kept. With the grocery stores and freeways so close, i never have an issue getting what i need.

So far so good. Moved in September 11th pretty nice neighborhood. Quiet & pretty clean.. I would definitely recommend to family or friends. Only bad thing is we have to provide EVERYTHING for the price but it’s not too bad I really enjoy the spacious apartment. Staff is amazing & friendly absolutely no problems

I moved here in January 2017, I have no complaints. The office and maintenance staff are wonderful. The area is secluded and quiet. There’s never any disturbances or trouble in the complex. It’s conveniently by 45 and FM 1960. Multiple grocery stores and convenience stores in the area. It’s also in a great school district.

Nice, Quiet Place to live

My husband and I moved in here June of 2017. It was a long distance move from San Diego so it was more challenging to see the place and get everything handled but the office was very helpful and made it easy. The place is quiet and it's nice to see kids running around and riding their bikes. We also really like the actual apartment itself. We live in more of the condo style one bedroom. It's a great size and laid out quite nice. We don't ever hear our neighbors and I know people live there so ...
that is an added bonus. The location is good as well. It's close to places to eat, shopping (whatever you need) and parks. It's right next to the Botanical Gardens which is a nice addition. Finally, it was so great to find a place our dogs could belong. When apartment hunting it can be stressful with bigger dogs. However, they were welcomed here and whenever we are out walking them we always get a smile from the office staff. It makes me feel like they really are welcome.

This is a ery quiet environment. My puppy lives on his backporch with little to none problems. any complaints are addressed quickly. Management is very friendly. I feel safe at home. I love it! I am nearing time to renew, but I wished there were more perks to lower the rental cost.
