    The Apartment Complex Is clean and Nice but the Office Staffs Lacks Good Communication and always unable to resolve issues. they barely answer office calls to hear Resident challenges, and resolve it.

    I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and the maintenance here is amazing. I’ve never really had an issue with my home until this year with things such as my dryer or leaks or with my water heater etc. I wish I could do more to show my appreciation. My work schedule recently changed not allowing me to be home while they fix the issues I have and they are just so timely and considerate. I have a cat that is very very dear to me and although she hides when people she doesn’t know come in, I’m never ...
    scared that she’s gonna be harmed with maintenance or anything like that. My dryer wasn’t spinning and I didn’t realize they would have to replace the whole dryer. I wasn’t home and I should have been better at removing the clothes in the dryer first but they replaced my dryer and put all my clothes back in the dryer too! Small thing but very nice, they didn’t have to do that at all! It was my fault for leaving it in there. I hope they can see I appreciate them very much and am so sorry to bother them with small things my home needs fixing lately.
