May 1, 2025Windsor Clearwater has amazing facilities that are falling apart and poorly managed. If you enjoy sunbathing on a rotting, broken day bed or grabbing a coffee only to be disappointed that’s it broken, then this is the place for you! They have grills but sadly they’re broken. They also have printers, but sadly they’re broken too. Otherwise, the grounds are gorgeous, the gym is 5 stars, and the office space is just wonderful! Great place to call home
April 15, 2025This apartment complex is top notch! It is like living in paradise! I could not be happier. The apartments are beautiful and the kitchen has all the latest appliances. Being this close to the beach is a perk as well. My neighbors are really friendly and quite. I had a maintenance request and it was handled quickly and efficiently. The office staff always has a smile for me when I go in and greet me by name, making me feel right at home. If you're looking for a new home look no further!Property Manager Responded
