May 1, 2025Windsor Clearwater has amazing facilities that are falling apart and poorly managed. If you enjoy sunbathing on a rotting, broken day bed or grabbing a coffee only to be disappointed that’s it broken, then this is the place for you! They have grills but sadly they’re broken. They also have printers, but sadly they’re broken too. Otherwise, the grounds are gorgeous, the gym is 5 stars, and the office space is just wonderful! I love this place but it’s poorly managed.Property Manager Responded
