December 8, 2025My wife and I just relocated from Atlanta Ga and upon our arrival to the Windsor Clearwater, we were greeted by the entire leasing staff with nothing but warm and very good vibes. From the beginning to the end, the staff made sure we had everything we needed to get started in our new home. We also had a minor maintenance issue, but the maintenance team responded very quickly and the issue was resolved ASAP!!! I saw the maintenance man's work and loved it. I think his name is Aldo. From what I saw, he's very dedicated and keeps everything in order! May 1, 2025Windsor Clearwater has amazing facilities that are falling apart and poorly managed. If you enjoy sunbathing on a rotting, broken day bed or grabbing a coffee only to be disappointed that’s it broken, then this is the place for you! They have grills but sadly they’re broken. They also have printers, but sadly they’re broken too. Otherwise, the grounds are gorgeous, the gym is 5 stars, and the office space is just wonderful!
