Windsor has several great things about it. The location and views are wonderful. The valet/concierge teams led by Obert are fantastic. Obert always does everything he can to assist tenants. The maintenace team is very good, specifically Francisco who is alway helpful, polite and takes the time to do things correctly. On the down side, the elevators are often dirty, smelly and inoperable. Trash rooms are smelly and dirty. Need to maintain focus on everyday operation and cleanliness.

My pup and I have had a terrific experience in our first month here. The staff are welcoming and friendly, particularly Jonathan and Guy. The location is phenomenal, and my apartment view is amazing. The amenities are terrific and I love how friendly everyone is, particularly riding the elevators every day. I am very happy with my decision to move here and would highly recommend it to anyone else.

Please move to Windsor Memorial High-Rise! We have a great Community, a nice pool, an excellent workout room, and Yoga classes. Our complex Manager, Jonathan Kichamu is fantastic and he does whatever he can to make our living environment better. When you put in a Maintenance Order, the Maintenance Guys come right away and complete the repairs quickly. And don't forget to come walk on the Buffalo Bayou trails, it's just right out of our back door! Please come visit and find your HOME here! ...

Windsor Memorial management, valet and maintenance staff provide an amazing service. I’ve been a resident for three years and I’m happy to live here. It’s a beautiful facility with spacious clean units, access to Buffalo Bayou Park, a nice pool and friendly respectful neighbors.
