Windsor Mustang Park is my home for the last six years. First on my list is feeling safe in a gated community. It is a beautiful & peaceful place. The office people are very professional, friendly & helpful. The maintenance workers are very hard hardworking. They do a great job to get repairs done quickly & efficiently. Thank you so much. I absolutely love my apartment and the community here, it really feels like home. The quality, location, and overall experience have been great. My only concern is the rent increases each year. A $200 jump is hard to keep up with, especially with how things are right now. I truly want to stay long-term, but those big increases might make it difficult.

Living here has been a pleasant experience overall. The community feels very safe, which I truly appreciate, and the location is great—it's peaceful while still being conveniently close to several nearby cities. The amenities offered are also a nice bonus and add to the overall comfort of living here.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, well-located home with a safe and relaxed atmosphere.

I have lived a quiet life here at Windsor Mustang for the past 3 years with minimal issues and great service whenever I needed maintenance they responded promptly. I have also experienced excellent customer service from Kennedy in the leasing office and other staff as well. Overall I’ve enjoyed my time here and I love my apartment.

This place is horrible. It has very cheap used appliances. It looks new on the outside and fresh white paint in the inside but very outdated nonfunctional appliances. Neighbors are loud, obnoxiously disruptive at 12, 1,2,3,4,5,6, in the morning holding parties without any regard. They also shoot guns in the air, steal bikes, and packages from doors, and the office all they say when something is reported’this is the first time we are hearing this ‘ when I know in fact multiple tenants are ...
complaining about the same thing . No surveillance is provided, despite the multiple videos and proof I have of people doing things that they should be kicked out for, they still remain here still creating chaos in the community. Please do not move here if being able to rest and sleep quietly is one of your things. This is by far the worst place I have ever lived at not to mention the rent is super expensive for what they provide the gate they tell every future tenant they are repairing it. I’ve been here 8 months and nothing. Another tenant told me she’s been here 3 years and nothing….
