October 20, 2025I absolutely love my apartment and the community here, it really feels like home. The quality, location, and overall experience have been great. My only concern is the rent increases each year. A $200 jump is hard to keep up with, especially with how things are right now. March 24, 2025This place is horrible. It has very cheap used appliances. It looks new on the outside and fresh white paint in the inside but very outdated nonfunctional appliances. Neighbors are loud, obnoxiously disruptive at 12, 1,2,3,4,5,6, in the morning holding parties without any regard. They also shoot guns in the air, steal bikes, and packages from doors, and the office all they say when something is reported’this is the first time we are hearing this ‘ when I know in fact multiple tenants are ...complaining about the same thing . No surveillance is provided, despite the multiple videos and proof I have of people doing things that they should be kicked out for, they still remain here still creating chaos in the community. Please do not move here if being able to rest and sleep quietly is one of your things. This is by far the worst place I have ever lived at not to mention the rent is super expensive for what they provide the gate they tell every future tenant they are repairing it. I’ve been here 8 months and nothing. Another tenant told me she’s been here 3 years and nothing….Property Manager Responded
